EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – The UNI women's tennis team dropped its Sunday morning road match against SIU-Edwardsville, 6-1.
The Panthers had a strong start, securing the doubles point with wins on the No. 1 and No. 3 courts. Sophomore and junior defeated Fabiola Perez/Jordan Schifano, 6-4, on the No. 1 court. On the No. 3 court, senior /freshman downed Callaghan Adams/Caitlyn Sporing, 7-5.
SIUE swept the Purple and Gold in singles action.
