IOWA CITY, Iowa - The University of Northern Iowa women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 decision to the Iowa Hawkeyes on Friday.
Iowa tallied wins at all three doubles matches to earn a 1-0 dual lead. UNI's No. 2 doubles team of Astrid Santos and Sydney Wolfe came up short in a 6-4 decision to Iowa's Natalie Looney and Aimee Tarun. Iowa's No. 3 doubles team of Annette Dohanics and Adorabol Huckleby edged UNI's Eve Small and Savanna Hunt, 6-4.
At No. 1 singles, Iowa's Reimchen Anastasia notched a 6-4, 6-1 win over UNI's Jieke Stroobant.
