IOWA CITY, Iowa – The UNI Panther track and field team earned six first-place finishes along with 13 top-three finishes at the Hawkeye Invite Saturday in Iowa City.
Patrice Watson led the Panther women with a first-place finish in 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.72. Sixteen total women placed picked up top-five finishes. Erin Kerkhoff earned a third-place finish in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:00.24. Mckayla Cole had strong performances in the mile and 3,000-meter run, finishing in second and third respectively with times of 5:05.93 and 10:12.
