COLUMBIA, Mo. – Darius King finished first in the shot put, Cameron Cantrall finished second in the high jump and McKayla Cole finished second in the 5,000-meters to lead UNI at a weather-shortened Tom Botts Invitational hosted by the University of Missouri.
The meet included just eight events across the board before weather ended the meet early due to inclement weather. Despite the short meet, King continued his strong spring. He tied his best-ever outdoor shot put mark of 19.32m which is second on the UNI All-Time list for the outdoor shot.
