The Panthers host Upper Iowa in an exhibition opener for the 2019-20 season. The Panthers are coming off a 20-13 season and the ninth post-season appearance in 10 games. Upper Iowa welcome new coach and UNI alum Nate Oakland in his first game at the helm. The Peacocks were 8-78 in 2018-19.
• The Panthers have played UIU six times in regular-season games and leads the series 6-0. The Panthers have also played the Peacocks in exhibition games, including last year's 89-41 win that saw four parents score in double figures, led by Megan Maahs' 13 points and 10 rebounds.
