INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The UNI Track and Field team will be sending nine Panthers to College Station, Tex. to compete in the West Preliminary Round of the NCAA Championship, May 26-29. The NCAA announced the full field of competitors on Thursday with 48 qualifiers in each individual event and 24 qualifying relay teams in each relay category.
In the men's hammer throw, graduate student Kyler Yodts is ranked 20th in the West Region, after posting a toss of 65.16m at the MVC Outdoor Championships on May 14. Senior Anna Hoyman is ranked 42nd in the women's hammer throw with her mark of 59.
