TERRE HAUTE, Indiana – The UNI men's basketball team wrapped up their regular season Saturday, falling to the Sycamores 71-54 on the road.
The Panthers struggled to hang on to the ball in the opening five minutes, turning the ball over five times. The Sycamore got out to an eight point lead after just four minutes of play and maintained the lead the entire half. The Panthers ended the first half with eleven turnovers and trailed the Sycamores 35-19 at halftime.
The Panthers shot 33 percent from the field in the first 20 minutes and were 0-8 from the beyond the three point arc.
