CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI men's basketball team moved to 13-2 on the season and 2-1 in the MVC after defeating Indiana State 68-60 on Tuesday night in the McLeod Center.
The Panthers moved away from their bread and butter, managing to defeat an MVC rival without a large number of three pointers made. The Panthers finished 3-15 from beyond the three point arc, the fewest number of made three's in a Panther win.
The Panthers defense stepped up on Tuesday night, facing two of the league's top players in Tyreke Key and Jordan Barnes.
