BETTENDORF, Iowa—A late overtime goal pushed Western Illinois past the University of Northern Iowa women's soccer team this evening.
Madeline Edwards of Western Illinois scored the overtime goal after a defensive battle sent the game to extra time. Edwards scored her second goal of the season on a solo run to the net.
