DES MOINES, Iowa - The University of Northern Iowa men's basketball team won its fourth straight contest with an 82-66 triumph over the Drake Bulldogs Saturday at the McLeod Center.
The Panthers shot a season-best 61.8 percent from the floor and moved to 14-11 overall and 6-6 in Missouri Valley Conference play. The Panthers had five players in double-figures with Paul Jesperson leading the way with 21 points. Wes Washpun did not miss a shot and scored 15 points with six assists. Jeremy Morgan set a career-high with six assists and added 14 points.
