ST. LOUIS, Missouri - Six men and eight women from the UNI track and field team were named to the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete team, following the 2019 outdoor season.
Senior Isaac Holtz recorded his fourth men's scholar team selection. Joining Holtz are seniors Corey Hertz and Alex Jackson, along with Cameron Cantrall, Sven Van Den Bergh, and Carter VonEssen. Senior Alex Jackson was one of ten student-athletes with a perfect 4.00 grade-point average.
For the women, two student-athletes, Hope Koerperich and Lyndsie Schinkel, received their third scholar team selections.
