Birmingham, Ala. - UNI Track and Field's Darius King earned second-team All-America honors in the finals of the shot put at the 2022 NCAA Division I Indoor National Track and Field Championships.
Darius King made his third national championship appearance in the shot put with his mark of 20.30 meters set at the Wisconsin Badger Invitational earlier this season. The two time All-American entered the competition at sixth in the nation with this toss. King's last appearance at the 2021 NCAA indoor championships earned him 12th place with a toss of 18.96 meters.
