ST. LOUIS -- Two UNI women's basketball players have been honored for their play on the court and their skill in the classroom.
Sophomore forward Grace Boffeli and senior center Cynthia Wolf were named to Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Teams by league sports information directors this week. This is Boffeli's first time on a Scholar-Athlete team, while Wolf made her first appearance as an honorable mention in the 2021-22 season. Illinois State graduate guard Mary Crompton was named the State Farm Scholar-Athlete of the Year for the second season in a row.
