DeKALB — The volleyball team’s schedule for 2019 was announced July 1, hosting a baker's dozen games at Victor E. Court.
The Huskies open their season on Aug. 17 at home against Western Illinois before hosting the NIU Invitational on Aug. 30 and 31. NIU will have matches against Fairleigh Dickinson, SIU Edwardsville and UC Riverside.
After a trip to the Dayton Invitational, NIU hosts Texas Tech in their last non-conference home game at noon on Sept. 9.
Following two tournaments by Incarnate Word and Bradley, NIU opens Mid-American Conference play at 6 p.m. on Sept.
