Boise State got the game started quickly, outscoring the Huskies 21-0 in the first quarter. Junior receiver Aregeros Turner returned a kick-off 95 yards in the second quarter to give NIU its first and only score of the game. The Huskies trailed 31-7 at halftime.
The Broncos continued to dominate all phases of the game in the second half, scoring another 10 points in the quarter and racking up a ton of yards on offense.
