Heisman hopefuls, corn dogs, and a little powerhouse: The best things the state of Texas has to offer college football in 2018

The three dozen or so FBS coaches who responded to a recent CBS.com poll offered some interesting takes. Also some catty ones.

For instance, Texas A&M's new man, Jimbo Fisher, received a single vote in the overrated category, which, granted, hardly constitutes acclimation. The problem was a commentary on his workplace.

Say what you want about Jimbo's coaching ability, but when you complain about a man's housekeeping skills, you've probably gone too far.

The good news for Texas' Tom Herman: He got underrated votes.

Bad news: Overrated ones, too.

Fortunately, this is a high-class joint.
