It's time to take a step back from the message boards, tweets and commitment videos that had college sports fans seeing stars (get it??) from national signing day.
Who were the heads of the class of our area college recruiting classes? Here's what our group of contributors thought:
Baylor -- Gerry Bohanon, QB
Bohanon is one of the gems of this 2018 recruiting class. Head coach Matt Rhule and staff were able to pull Bohanon out of his home state of Arkansas, so now they have an interesting quarterback competition waiting to happen. Bohanon is a dual threat with all the potential to be the best freshman in the Big 12 next season.
