Baby's Mailbag: Breaking down claims against A&M, its starting QB battle, which Texas CFB mascot wins in a fight

In less than a week, a few of the lingering questions surrounding Texas A&M football will be answered.

In six days, the Aggies begin Jimbo Fisher's coaching reign with a game against Northwestern State, a Football Bowl Subdivision school out of Louisiana.

As of Friday morning, we still don't know who A&M's starting quarterback will be. There's a good chance sophomores Kellen Mond and Nick Starkel both see significant playing time to see who will start the rest of the season.

Other questions that need to be resolved include how the offense will operate in a pro-style system and allegations of potential NCAA violations made by a former player.
