Zach Rice of Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, Va.) is the 2021 MaxPreps Virginia High School Football Player of the Year. The 6-foot-6, 315-pound offensive tackle helped the Bulldogs go 13-1 and play in the Class 3 state title game.
