University of North Carolina senior Krista Junkkari birdied two of the final three holes to claim a share of the individual title and lead the Tar Heels to the team championship at the Ivy Intercollegiate Monday on the lower course at the Baltusrol Golf Club.
Carolina's team title is its first under second-year head coach Aimee Neff and the program's first since the Briar Creek Invitational in 2017-18.
Junkkari, a native of Elimäki, Finland, shot 72-69 for a 3-under 141 total. She tied Lottie Woad of Florida State, who also shot 72-69.
