Women's Golf Headed To Washington For NCAA Regional

The University of North Carolina women's golf team is headed to Pullman, Wash., as the No. 8 seed in the NCAA Pullman Regional, which will be played May 8-10.

This is UNC's second straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament under head coach Aimee Neff and the Tar Heels' 28th since regional play began in 1993.

Top-ranked Stanford is the No. 1 seed in the Pullman Regional, which will be contested at the Palouse Ridge Golf Club.

Baylor, Southern California, ACC champion Clemson, Kentucky, Texas Tech, Houston, UNLV, Sacramento State, Cal Poly and Green Bay comprise the other 11 teams in the field.
