UNC Wrestling Coach Comes Up Short In Olympic Trials

UNC wrestling coach Coleman Scott’s bid to return to the Olympics was thwarted in the U.S. Olympic team trials Sunday in Iowa City, Iowa. Scott lost to Tony Ramos, though Daniel Dennis grabbed the Olympic berth by winning the 125½ pound weight class. Scott, a 2012 freestyle bronze medalist, was the lone active NCAA head coach competing in the trials. (Burlington Times News)
