The North Carolina Tar Heels women’s Lacrosse team continues to roll.
Following their win over No. 3 Maryland on Saturday afternoon, the Tar Heels improved to 4-0 on the young season and racked up their most impressive victory of the year thus far. The 19-6 rout of the Terrapins were the most goals UNC has scored in program history over Maryland. It’s a very important win as the Terrapins have been the most successful women’s Lacrosse program in college over the past decade.
But Saturday’s loss to UNC sent the Terrapins to their second-straight loss, while the Tar Heels continue to trend upward.
