The North Carolina Tar Heels (12-3, 4-0) will face off against Syracuse (11-4, 2-2) this afternoon in the Dean Smith Center. This will be the first home game for the Heels since December 29th thanks to the three-game road trip that they endured to ring in the New Year. After completing the trip with an impressive 3-0 record, they are riding high in the ACC, and very well could extend their lead in the conference with a win today.
As far as Syracuse goes, they are arriving in Chapel Hill fresh off of a win against Boston College earlier this week.
