For the fourth straight game, RJ Davis is the North Carolina Tar Heels’ player of the game.
The 81-69 victory over no. 7 Oklahoma was a team effort, and there were players up and down the bench who were vital to the win.
Yet, more than anyone else, Davis was always there in pivotal moments.
He broke the scoreless tie nearly three minutes into the game. His efforts on the floor continued as Carolina built a lead, and his three-pointer gave UNC its first 10-point lead of the game.
After Oklahoma brought the game back within a possession, Carolina started to creep ahead once again.
