The North Carolina fencing team will have the next-best thing to a home meet this weekend when the Tar Heels compete in nearby Durham at the Duke Dual Meets. The men compete on Saturday and the women on Sunday.
"It's not every day we have a meet for which we don't have to drive more than a couple of hours," said UNC coach Matt Jednak. "The team is super excited about being there, for themselves but also because their friends get to see them, their professors, their families ... it's going to be amazing. We're looking forward to a really fun weekend.
