Despite hat tricks by Brian Cannon and Steve Pontrello and a 12-save performance by Brian Balkam, the 11th-ranked UNC men’s lacrosse team fell to eighth-ranked Syracuse in the ACC Tournament semifinals Friday at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.
