Photos from UNC’s national championship win
If you haven’t heard yet, the North Carolina Tar Heels women’s lacrosse team won the national championship on Sunday after beating Maryland 13-7. The win in Philadelphia gave the Tar Heels their second overall title with the previous coming in 2013 over Maryland.
The big win came over the undefeated Terrapins who had a 26-game win streak entering the game.

Following the women’s championship, the men will now look to win the national championship on Monday.
