Former University of North Carolina offensive lineman William Sweet became the fourth Tar Heel in the last three days to find a new home in the NFL.
On Monday night, the Arizona Cardinals signed Sweet to an undrafted free agent contract, along with 11 other players that weren’t selected in last weekend’s NFL Draft. Those 12 players are on top of the 11 that Arizona drafted from Thursday to Saturday, looking to turn around an organization that went 3-13 last season and finished last in the NFC West.
