It’s been a pretty active past few days in the college football recruiting world for the North Carolina Tar Heels and recruits updating their top schools.
On Thursday, UNC landed in the Top 8 for wide receiver Mushin Muhammad III and five-star edge rusher Desmond Evans. A day later, the Tar Heels were included in on another final list.
Four-star outside linebacker Trenton Simpson released his final five schools including the Tar Heels:
Simpson is down to Auburn, Georgia, Miami, Tennessee and North Carolina as his recruitment could be winding down.
As it stands now, UNC is considered the favorites to land the in-state recruit out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
