The North Carolina Tar Heels have a 26-man 2020 football recruiting class under Mack Brown and for the longest time on Wednesday, only 24 players signed. You can now make that 25 as four-star defensive tackle Clyde Pinder Jr. signed and sent in his national letter of intent to North Carolina, capping off their Early Signing Period.
This is significant because Pinder Jr. committed to North Carolina back in June but he didn’t send in his letter early on Wednesday.
That caused some panic for UNC fans as Pinder Jr. visited Florida over the weekend and was reportedly reconsidering things.
