Four-star tight end Carson Sneed, a longtime commit to the University of Tennessee, officially announced his flip to Bill Belichick and the Tar Heels. The Nashville native will join forces in Chapel Hill with his brother, who also transferred from the Volunteers in the most recent cycle.
