Less than 24 hours after getting a commitment from 4-star quarterback and former Alabama pledge Drake Maye, Mack Brown and the North Carolina Tar Heels have reeled in another 4-star prospect from the class of 2021.
This time, it’s ESPN300 wide receiver Kobe Paysour, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound pass catcher out of Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Paysour marks the Tar Heels’ eighth commitment in the class, and seventh 4-star pledge in the group. Thanks to their latest commitment, the Tar Heels’ 2021 recruiting class now ranks fifth in the nation, and they’re one of just four programs that have seven or more 4-star players committed.
