Trenton Simpson is not only one of the best players in the state of North Carolina but in the entire country for the 2020 recruiting class.
The outside linebacker is a four-star recruit out of Charlotte, North Carolina and is in his senior year at Mallard Creek. Simpson verbally committed to Auburn over the Tar Heels back in June, opting to play for the SEC program that is currently ranked as a Top 10 team.
But since then, Simpson has taken a few trips to Chapel Hill which have many wondering if he’s 100 percent to the Tigers.
