Former North Carolina standout and eight-time NBA All-Star Vince Carter is looking to play one final season of professional basketball, thus breaking the NBA’s record for most seasons played in a single career.
Despite Carter’s wish to play in 2019, he remains a free agent awaiting the opportunity that will keep him in the league just one year longer. But according to The Athletic’s Chris Kirschner, that opportunity may be right around the corner.
