UNC Basketball: Tar Heels hit century mark, beat Tennessee Tech

Six Tar Heels scored in double-figures, and North Carolina beat Tennessee Tech 108-58 on Friday night at the Dean Smith Center. It was the second time in four games that the Tar Heels have surpassed 100 points, and they remain undefeated to start the 2018-19 season. It was North Carolina’s 200th all-time non-conference win in the Dean Smith Center.

Luke Maye scored a team-high 15 points, and hauled in a game-high eight rebounds. Sterling Manley scored 13 points off the UNC bench on 6-of-8 shooting, and freshman guard Coby White added 11. Kenny Williams, Cameron Johnson and Nassir Little each scored 10 for the Tar Heels, who shot better than 55 percent on the night.
