The North Carolina basketball program is struggling this season as they saw their two-game win streak end at the hands of Boston College on Saturday afternoon. The loss dropped UNC to 10-11 overall on the year and 3-7 in conference play.
Going into Saturday’s game vs. Boston College, the excitement level was high due to the return of freshman point guard Cole Anthony. The Tar Heels were hoping to win three-straight and build some momentum going into a tough stretch upcoming featuring games against Florida State and Duke.
While UNC ended its day in disappointment, there is still some hope for a brighter future beginning with the 2020 recruiting class.
