Earlier this week, we found out another part of the North Carolina Tar Heels’ women’s basketball team’s 2025-26 schedule. Over Thanksgiving weekend, UNC will head down to Cancun, Mexico to take part in this year’s Cancun Challenge.
From November 27-29, the Heels will play in the Mayan Tournament bracket of the event. Over the three days, UNC and three teams will each play three games in a round robin format at the multi-team tournament event. The exact order or times are not known yet, but Carolina’s three opponents will be Columbia, Kansas State, and South Dakota State.
