University of North Carolina Tar Heels head coach Roy Williams continues to pursue more guards for the 2019 recruiting class. Despite having an early verbal from Ohio point guard Jeremiah Francis, it hasn’t stopped Williams from seeking out more players at the position.
Williams has shown interest in Nico Mannion who made the reclassification from 2020 to 2019 as well as in-state point guard Caleb Mills as of late. But just a day ago, he made sure to check in on another big UNC target.
Thursday marked the first day of the final July evaluation period with the Under Armour Association Finals getting going in Las Vegas.
