The North Carolina Tar Heels improved to 4-0 with their big 50-point victory over Tennessee Tech on Friday night in the Dean Dome, continuing their hot play this season.
UNC was firing on all cylinders again as they looked impressive in front of their home crowd at the Dean Dome.
But in the second half of the victory, there was a bit of a scare for this UNC team.
Senior guard Kenny Williams appeared to have stepped on someone’s foot and rolled his ankle as he went down in pain. The scene was a scary one for Tar Heels’ fans as they saw a key player having to be helped back to the locker room.
