North Carolina head coach Roy Williams has his sights set on a new prospect from the class of 2020. His latest target, Greg Brown, received a scholarship offer from the Tar Heels on Sunday afternoon according to Inside Carolina’s Sherrell McMillan.
Brown is a 5-star power forward out of Vandegrift High School, just north of Austin, Texas. Prior to Sunday, he already held offers from a number of big name schools including Baylor, Cal, Florida, LSU, Memphis, Nevada, Oklahoma and UCLA, among others. Kentucky will more than likely offer Brown at some point in the near future, and it wouldn’t be a shock if Duke did the same.
