If there’s anyone who truly doesn’t know time, it’s Larry Brown. And even if he does, he refuses to let it slow him down.
The seemingly ageless Brown was named head coach of the USA East Coast team on June 5th. The team which consists only of college students, will have training camp August 5th and 6th and then travel to Spain for the competition.
The team, which has four ACC players on it, will play other national teams from Japan, Venezuela, Mexico, and Senegal.
Obviously, this is just another feather in the hat for the former North Carolina point guard and assistant coach.
