Courtney Banghart and the UNC women’s basketball program picked up their first road win of the season on Sunday afternoon.
Janelle Bailey scored 22 points and pulled down six rebounds, as the North Carolina Tar Heels beat the Pittsburgh Panthers by a final score of 81-72 at Fitzgerald Field House on Sunday afternoon. It was the Tar Heels’ first road victory of the season after losing five straight, all of which came at the hands of Atlantic Coast Conference opponents.
