Coby White had another big week for the North Carolina Tar Heels as they went 2-0 with wins over Syracuse and at Clemson. The perfect weeks helped UNC keep pace with Virginia atop the ACC Standings as things will get interesting in this final week.
White was a big part of UNC’s success last week, scoring a total of 62 points, grabbing 10 rebounds, dishing out eight assists and four steals in the two games.
He became the first UNC freshman to score 30-plus points three times in a season. For his efforts, White was named the ACC Player of the Week and Freshman of the Week, sweeping the conference honors.
