Two North Carolina Tar Heels were named to the 2021 All-ACC Academic Team.
Starting shortstop Danny Serretti and righty Gage Gillian made the list after earning at least a 3.0 for each of the last two semesters, and having an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Along with Caleb Roberts, Serretti was just one of two Tar Heels to start all 55 games for UNC this season. He led Carolina with 39 RBIs, 18 doubles, and 104 total bases. Seretti hit .249 with nine home runs.
