The North Carolina baseball team is just one victory away from the Super Regionals after wins over UNC-Wilmington and Liberty on back-to-back days in the Chapel Hill Regional.
The Tar Heels survived a thrilling 7-6 walk-off victory over UNC-Wilmington on Friday night, and followed it up with a 16-hit, 16-run blowout of the Liberty Flames on Saturday.
After a scoreless first inning, the Tar Heels got on the board in the top of the second inning thanks to a Dylan Harris home run to right field. They doubled their lead in the fourth inning on a Dylan Harris RBI single that scored Danny Serretti.
