Thanks to a 7-2 win over Boston College, the North Carolina Tar Heels baseball team is marching into the ACC Tournament semifinals today. UNC’s ace Jake Knapp did his thing, although it took a late rally from the offense to overcome the Eagles.
Thing now won’t be getting any easier in Durham, and the Tar Heels will now have to do battle against Florida State in the semifinals.
While they ended up as the #2 and #3 seeds respectively in the ACC Tournament, UNC and FSU are ranked as the two best teams in the ACC at least according to the likes of D1Baseball.
