AUSTIN, Texas — North Carolina's two individual qualifiers and men's 4x400 relay will compete in the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the University of Texas's Mike A. Myers Stadium beginning Wednesday, June 5 through Saturday, June 8.
Competition at the NCAA Championships now begins Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. CT due to inclement weather forecasts. The men's 4x400 kicks off the Tar Heels' appearances later that evening at 7:48 p.m. CT, two hours earlier than their original time slot. In order to earn a spot in Friday's championship race, the relay must either finish among the top two in the heat or finish with one of the next two best times.
