Tar Heels Return to Maui for Seventh Time

• Carolina is 4-0 and begins play on Monday, November 21, in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational against Chaminade.

• The University of Connecticut and Oklahoma State are in the UNC-Chaminade side of the Maui bracket.

• Georgetown, Oregon, Tennessee and Wisconsin are in the opposite bracket.

• This is Carolina’s seventh appearance in the Maui Invitational. The Tar Heels have won the event three times (1999-2000, 2004-05 and 2008-09) and lost in the finals twice (1989-90 and 1995-96).

• Carolina is 15-3 in six previous Maui Invitational appearances.
