CHAPEL HILL, N.C. –Jody Stewart has joined the UNC track and field staff as an assistant coach, Director of Track & Field/Cross Country Chris Miltenberg announced Monday. Stewart, who brings an extensive resumé to UNC and most recently has served as head coach at Texas State, will focus on coaching and developing the Tar Heel sprinters and hurdlers.
"We're really excited to bring Jody on board at Carolina," Miltenberg said. "He and I have worked together many years, from our time as assistants together at Georgetown to him being on my staff at Stanford our first several years.
